BlinkPrint PMS
BlinkPrint PMS is the internal print management system used by Blink Print Studios to coordinate customer requests, quotations, jobs, production, purchasing, files, payments, and reporting.
What the system does
The application helps authorized Blink Print Studios staff manage a print job from quotation through production, release, and payment. It also provides operational tools for inventory, suppliers, purchasing, approvals, and production planning.
Google integrations
Authorized staff may connect a company Google account so BlinkPrint PMS can send quotation emails through Gmail and create or manage job-related files in Google Drive. These integrations are optional and can be disconnected from the application settings.
Who may use it
BlinkPrint PMS is intended for Blink Print Studios personnel and other expressly authorized users. Access is controlled through individual accounts and role-based permissions.
