Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Blink Print Studios collects, uses, stores, and protects information when authorized users access BlinkPrint PMS.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how the application is used, BlinkPrint PMS may process:
- Account details such as a user's name, work email address, role, permissions, and authentication records.
- Business records such as customer contact details, quotations, specifications, job orders, production notes, supplier and purchasing records, inventory movements, and payment records.
- Files and links uploaded or attached to customer, quotation, job, and production records.
- Technical and security information such as sign-in activity, integration status, error details, and audit history.
2. Google user data
When an authorized user connects Google, BlinkPrint PMS requests only the access needed for enabled features:
- Gmail: permission to send messages, such as quotation emails, on the user's instruction. BlinkPrint PMS does not use this permission to read the user's inbox.
- Google Drive: permission to create and manage files that BlinkPrint PMS creates or that the user selects for use with the application.
Google account identifiers and authorization tokens may be stored securely so the requested integration can operate. BlinkPrint PMS does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not use it to build advertising profiles.
BlinkPrint PMS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How information is used
We use information to:
- Operate and secure BlinkPrint PMS.
- Prepare and send quotations and other requested business communications.
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory, job production, release, and payment activities.
- Maintain records, troubleshoot errors, prevent misuse, and improve internal workflows.
- Comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
Information is accessible only to authorized Blink Print Studios personnel according to their roles. We may use service providers that help operate the application, including Google for connected services, Supabase for application data and authentication, and Vercel for hosting. These providers process information under their own terms and security commitments.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect the security or rights of Blink Print Studios and its users, or as part of a business reorganization where appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell personal information.
5. Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted connections, and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Business records are retained for as long as needed for operations, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal requirements. Google authorization tokens are removed when the connected integration is disconnected or otherwise revoked. Disconnecting an integration does not automatically delete historical quotations, job records, messages, or files already created for legitimate business purposes.
6. Your choices and requests
An authorized user may disconnect Google from the Integrations settings or revoke access from their Google Account. Requests to access, correct, or delete applicable personal information may be sent to us. Some records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this policy when the application, integrations, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will identify the latest version. For privacy questions or requests, contact hello@blinkprintstudios.com.
