Terms of Service

1. Authorized use

BlinkPrint PMS is intended for Blink Print Studios personnel and other users expressly authorized by Blink Print Studios. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only the functions and information permitted by your assigned role.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access records, accounts, or application areas without authorization.
• Upload unlawful, malicious, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to bypass security controls, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer protected portions of the application.
• Use connected email or storage services for spam, abuse, or purposes unrelated to authorized Blink Print Studios work.
• Share credentials or allow another person to act under your account.

3. Business records and content

Users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of customer details, quotations, specifications, artwork, job instructions, supplier records, payment entries, and other content they enter or upload. Authorized operational records may be retained as part of Blink Print Studios' business history and audit trail.

4. Google and other third-party services

Optional integrations with Google and other providers are also subject to the provider's terms and policies. By connecting an account, you authorize BlinkPrint PMS to perform the actions you request within the permissions shown during authorization. You may disconnect an integration at any time, although records or files already created may remain where needed for business operations.

5. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue application features as operational or security needs require. We aim to keep BlinkPrint PMS available and reliable, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

6. Account suspension

Blink Print Studios may restrict or terminate access when a user leaves the organization, no longer requires access, violates these Terms, creates a security risk, or misuses the application or a connected service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation

BlinkPrint PMS is an operational support tool. Users remain responsible for reviewing quotations, production specifications, financial entries, and customer communications before relying on or sending them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Blink Print Studios is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from unauthorized use, third-party service outages, or inaccurate information entered by a user.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the appropriate courts with jurisdiction in the Philippines, subject to applicable law.

9. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as BlinkPrint PMS changes. Continued authorized use after an update means the updated Terms apply. Questions may be sent to hello@blinkprintstudios.com.
